PEXA poaches Web Travel Group CFO Tony Ristevski

The news: PEXA has appointed Tony Ristevski as its next group chief financial officer, who will begin on 1 June 2026. He moves from Web Travel Group where he is currently chief financial officer.
The context: Interim CFO Liz Warrell will remain with the group until 30 June 2026. Former CFO Scott Butterworth left PEXA on 31 July 2025.
Ristevski has previous experience as CFO of Technology One and in several financial and operational executive roles at Computershare.
What they said: “I am delighted to welcome Tony to the PEXA team as our new Group CFO,” PEXA CEO and group managing director Russell Cohen said.
“Tony brings a wealth of experience in finance leadership and capital markets expertise to support strategic growth, with a proven track record of driving transformation, operational improvement, and financial stewardship across global markets.”
