Qube taps former Incitec Pivot CEO James Fazzino for board
The news: Logistics services provider Qube Holdings has appointed former Incitec Pivot boss James Fazzino to join its board of directors.
The numbers: Qube's share price edged 0.2% higher to $3.225 by 2pm AEDT. It has been on an uptrend since November, when its price hit a local bottom of $2.61.
The context: Fazzino was previously chief financial officer, CEO and managing director at fertilser and explosives manufacturer Incitec Pivot. He is also a non-executive director at APA Group, chair of Manufacturing Australia and chair elect at Rabobank.
