The news: Gold miner Ramelius Resources has bought part of the Lake Rebecca gold project in Western Australia from ASX micro cap Bulletin Resources for $500,000.
The context: Ramelius has bought three of the 15 tenements at the project, which are considered non-core to Bulletin. The tenements sit alongside Ramelius' 1.4 million ounce Rebecca gold project.
In addition to the upfront cash payment, Bulletin will be reimbursed for statutory rents, rates and taxes on the sold tenements.
