Regis Healthcare CFO Rick Rostolis resigns

The news: Rick Rostolis has announced his retirement as chief financial officer of Regis Healthcare, effective 31 August. His retirement follows a career spanning more than four decades in CEO and CFO roles across ASX-listed companies.

The context: During his time at Regis, Rostolis held key responsibilities in strengthening the company’s financial position, driving growth initiatives and overseeing capital management, as well leading the company’s mergers and acquisitions deals.

The company has begun a search for his successor, with a further appointment announcement to be made in due course.

What they said: “Rick has made a significant contribution to Regis during his tenure,” Regis chair Graham Hodges said.

“His financial leadership, commercial judgement and strategic insight have helped strengthen the business and position it well for the future,” he added.
