Seek appoints CAR Group co-founder Greg Roebuck as chair-elect

The news: Seek has appointed Greg Roebuck as a non-executive director and chair-elect to succeed Graham Goldsmith who will retire from the board on 1 March 2026.

The context: Goldsmith has been a director at Seek for 13 years and chair for seven of those years.

Roebuck was the co-founder of CAR Group and has also been chair of Pentana Solutions and non-executive director at Walkinshaw Automotive Group. He will start in the non-executive director role on 1 January 2026.
