The news: SiteMinder shares paced ASX 200 gains in afternoon trade after the hotel commerce platform launched its new integrated platform ‘SiteMinder Powered’, with Mews named as its inaugural partner.

The numbers: Shares were up 11.3% to $3.36 at 12:18pm AEST.

The context: SiteMinder Powered will enable property management systems like Mews to integrate the SiteMinder distribution engine directly into their own platform.

This integrated experience is designed to facilitate the movement of rates, availability, inventory, restrictions and other data across the global hotel ecosystem.

SiteMinder said that while the partnership is not projected to have a material financial impact in FY26, SiteMinder Powered is expected to drive incremental long-term revenue opportunities by expanding hotel reach and enabling deeper integration across hospitality software environments.

What they said: “When something is already the best in the world, we don’t try to rebuild it. SiteMinder is the best at distribution. Our job is to bring what hotels need into one place, with AI working across every layer,” Mews founder Richard Valtr said.
