SRG Global lands $650m worth of contracts

The news: Infrastructure services firm SRG Global has secured $650 million worth of contracts across a diverse range of sectors, including large companies like Fortescue, Wesfarmers and Rio Tinto.

The numbers: The company announced 13 contracts in Australia and New Zealand across the water, defence and transport, energy, industrial and resources, and health and education sectors.

There were seven contracts with the industrial and resources sector, the most in the latest set of contracts.

The context: SRG Global managing director David Macgeorge said he is “particularly pleased” by the contracts secured by the company’s asset remediation team, which has been boosting its combined specialist bridge strengthening and improvement capabilities, as well as the TAMS business’ marine infrastructure services capabilities.

What they said: “SRG Global continues to go from strength to strength, underpinned by strong demand for our specialist capabilities and an annuity earnings profile in line with our long-term strategy to deliver sustainable growth across the diverse sectors and geographies in which we operate,” SRG Global managing director David Macgeorge said.
