The news: TPG Telecom has announced the resignation of Vodafone executive Serpil Timuray after two years on the telco's board.
The context: TPG said it will announce when the appointment of another director to fill the casual vacancy occurs.
What they said: "On behalf of the board, I would like to thanks Serpil for her contribution to the TPG board over the last two years and as a director of Vodafone Hutchison Australia before that," said TPG chairman Canning Fok.
