WiseTech Global partners with Elm on Saudi logistics transformation
The news: Logistics software company WiseTech Global has signed a non-binding memorandum of understanding (MoU) agreement with Saudi firm Elm Company to support digital transformation in Saudi Arabia’s logistics sector.
Shares rose 1.71% to $66.62 per share as of 12:50pm AEDT.
The context: The MoU was signed at the Saudi Supply Chain and Logistics Conference 2025 on 13 December and was approved by WiseTech Global Chief Execution Officer Vlad Bilanovsky.
Under the agreement, WiseTech and Elm said they will leverage modern technologies to deliver advanced solutions and improve efficiency across the logistics sector. The collaboration aims to support digital transformation through closer integration and the joint development of technological solutions to deliver sustainable added value.
What they said: "Saudi Arabia represents significant opportunities for growth and development in the logistics sector," Vlad Bilanovsky said.
"We are delighted to collaborate with Elm to explore innovative technology solutions that enhance operational performance, improve customer service, and support the sector's digital transformation journey."
