WiseTech shares dive after AFP and ASIC raid Sydney office
The news: WiseTech Global saw its shares slump in morning trade after officers from the federal police and the securities regulator executed a search warrant at the company's Sydney office on Monday.
Shares were down 13.3% to $73.69 at 10:45am AEDT, taking 12-month losses to around 35%.

The news: Software giant WiseTech Global has told investors that officers from the federal police and the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) executed a search warrant at the company's Sydney office on Monday.
The officials requested documents regarding alleged trading in WiseTech shares by the company's founder and executive chair Richard White and three other employees during the period from late 2024 to early 2025.
What they said: "So far as WiseTech is aware, no charges have been laid against any person and there are no allegations against the company itself," the company said in an ASX release this morning.
"WiseTech intends to fully cooperate with any investigation," it said.
