Woodside grants Worley two-year contract extension

The news: Engineering group Worley has been awarded a two-year extension to its contract with oil and gas producer Woodside Energy to provide brownfield engineering and procurement services to the Karratha and Pluto gas plants in Western Australia.

The context: Under the agreement, Worley will continue to provide project management, front-end engineering, detailed design, procurement and commissioning services for onshore brownfield projects required by Woodside.

Worley has been continuously servicing the gas plants since 2018.
