What will Oliver Curtis’ AI infrastructure company Firmus look like when it eventually lists on the ASX?
The company, which began life as a Bitcoin miner, has repeatedly revised its pitch since wooing early investors including Ellerston Capital, Wilson Asset Management and Regal Partners in its first equity round last September.
At the time, Firmus was focused on building a renewable-powered “AI factory campus” in Launceston, Tasmania.
A month later, the company expanded that ambition through its initial partnership with chip giant Nvidia, laying out plans for a national network of sites across Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney and Perth.
