Since then, the watchdog has brought one greenwashing lawsuit, a consumer case against GLAD-bag maker Clorox.

But anyone anticipating a case that might tackle the use of common terms such as "carbon neutral" or "green" may be disappointed.
This matter is a little more niche; however, it does get into the weeds of how existing law addresses new terms or products and highlights gaps in the ACCC's toolbox — and that's worth watching closely.
