IREN’s pay deal for its co-CEO brothers has split the company’s shareholders. As Capital Brief’s Brandon How writes, critics including a prominent short seller argue the Sydney-based pair will be paid more than Nvidia’s Jensen Huang, who runs a company more than 300 times bigger.
Bulls counter the grant is restricted stock locked up until 2033, which they say aligns the founders with shareholders.
