DigiCo CEO Michael Juniper on extended personal leave
The news: HMC Capital’s DigiCo Infrastructure REIT has informed the market that CEO Michael Juniper will take “a period of extended personal leave” to spend time with his family and work through a personal matter.
The context: In his absence, Chris Maher will serve as interim CEO. Maher is former CEO and HMC Capital’s current managing director, group head of government and strategic programs.
Juniper, a former deputy CEO of AirTrunk, began in the role in January.
DigiCo said it extends its support to Juniper during this period. Chair Joseph Carrozzi said the data centre company’s leadership team will “continue to execute the strategic roadmap, as outlined at the 1H FY26 results”.
What they said: “I appreciate the support and consideration of the DGT Board and management at this time. I am disappointed that I need to take leave so soon after commencing the role and fortunate to have a highly capable team to allow me this time without disruption to the business,” Juniper said.
