DigiCo CEO Michael Juniper steps down
The news: DigiCo CEO Michael Juniper has stepped down from his role at HMC Capital’s data centre platform after an extended period of personal leave.
The context: Juniper started in the role in January before going on personal leave in March to spend time with his family and to work through a personal matter.
At the time it was announced that former CEO and HMC Capital’s current managing director group head of government and strategic programs, Chris Maher, would serve as interim CEO.
In an announcement to the exchange on Friday, the board said “the leadership team remains in place, ensuring continuity and ongoing execution of [DigiCo’s] strategy”.
An executive search process has commenced and is considering both external and internal candidates.
What they said: “The board thanks Mr Juniper for his contribution during his time with DigiCo and wishes him well in his future endeavours,” a DigiCo statement to the exchange reads.
