Domino's ANZ CEO steps down

The news: Domino’s Pizza Enterprises chief executive for Australia and New Zealand, Kerri Hayman, will step down from the role as the company enters a new phase of growth.

The numbers: Hayman has been at Domino’s for 37 years and will step down in August 2025.

The context: Hayman has worked her entire career at Domino's across Australia, the UK and the US and said now was the “right time for me to take the next step in my journey”.

Domino’s has commenced an international recruitment process for the role. It has also appointed Greg Steenson to the role of chief operating officer.

The pizza chain has had a number of senior leadership changes in recent months including its former CEO Don Meij who retired after 22 years in the role in November 2024 and was succeeded by Mark van Dyck.

Last month, Domino’s also announced a reshuffle in its global leadership team.

What they said: “Domino’s is now entering a new chapter, with a clear ‘Recipe for Growth’ in place for Australia and New Zealand. With the business well positioned for the future, I feel confident that this is the right time for me to open a new chapter of my own,” Hayman said.
