Megaport chair Melinda Snowden to rejoin WAM Leaders board

The news: Listed investment company WAM Leaders has re-appointed former independent director Melinda Snowden to its board. She will replace Lindsay Mann, one of WAM's founding directors, following his resignation.
The numbers: Snowden, who previously served as an independent director on WAM's board from March 2016 to June 2023, will rejoin the board from today.
WAM shares lowered 0.4% to $1.26 in early trading.
The context: Snowden has served as chair of Network as a Service (NaaS) provider Megaport since June. She is also non-executive director of Temple & Webster Group and Brighte Capital.
Snowden previously worked as an investment banker with Grant Samuel, Merrill Lynch and Goldman Sachs.
Mann joined WAM as a founding director in 2016. Shareholders will vote on Snowden’s appointment at the 2025 annual general meeting.
