Outgoing Future Fund general counsel Cameron Price to join CSL board

The news: Future Fund general counsel and chief risk officer Cameron Price will join the board of CSL later this year after retiring from his role at Australia’s sovereign wealth fund.
The context: Price will join as a non-executive director from 1 October after his retirement from the Future Fund, which was announced last month.
Price spent 11 years at the fund and has been chief risk officer since 2018.
Prior to his role at the Future Fund, Price was a partner and board member at the law firm Allens specialising in mergers and acquisitions, equity capital markets, and corporate governance and compliance.
Head of legal Gillian Denison will be the next general counsel at the sovereign wealth fund while Swinburne University of Technology chief operating officer Nancy Collins has been appointed chief financial officer and chief risk officer.
