PEXA announces new executive appointments and departures

The news: Property settlement platform PEXA has announced several executive appointments, including two external hires and three internal promotions. The changes bring together PEXA's technology and product functions under new leadership.

The context: The leadership changes come as PEXA seeks to enhance its products and platform while expanding into new markets.

The restructure includes the departure of group chief technology officer Eglantine Etiemble on 26 November.

Peter Bonney will join as chief product and technology officer in January 2026 from Xero, where he serves as executive general manager, product engineering.

Kylie Waldock has been appointed chief customer and commercial officer, joining from her role as chief executive officer of MoneyPlace.

Internal promotions include Clare Gill as chief regulatory and corporate affairs officer, Krystle Kocik as group chief product officer, and Steve Braithwaite as general manager, new markets and group strategy.
