Telix Pharmaceutical's new board member Anne Whitaker resigns

The news: Telix Pharmaceuticals has announced the immediate departure of non-executive director Anne Whitaker after less than a month on the board.

The context: Whitaker submitted her resignation from the board, effective immediately, due to unforeseen personal and family reasons. Telix said its board "regrets" her decision but "wishes her all the best in her personal and professional endeavours".

Whitaker joined the board on 7 April, having previously served in senior leadership roles at healthcare companies GlaxoSmithKline, Sanofi and Bausch Health.
