The news: Telix Pharmaceuticals has announced unaudited group revenue growth of 63% year-on-year for the second quarter of 2025 and reaffirmed full-year guidance.

The company has also received a subpoena from the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for documents and information relating to company disclosures on its prospective prostate cancer therapies.

The numbers: Telix told the market on Tuesday evening that unaudited group revenue for Q2 2025 hit USD204 million. This is a 63% increase on the same period last year and a 10% increase on Q1 of 2025.

This includes USD154 million worth of revenue from the sale of Illuccix, a prostate cancer imaging agent, which increased 25% year-on-year and 1% on Q1.

The unaudited group revenue figure also includes USD46 million in revenue through the radiopharmacy network RLS, which was acquired on 27 January.

The biopharmaceutical firm also reaffirmed its revenue guidance range of between $770 million and $800 million. It also confirmed that its research and development expenditure guidance range is expected to increase by between 20% to 25% year-on-year.

The context: Telix also announced progress for a slew of products under its therapeutics business and precision medicine business as well as manufacturing solutions.

The company has been subpoenaed by the US SEC but said Telix policy is "not to discuss any details of an ongoing regulatory inquiry".

Telix said that the matter is currently only a "fact-finding request". The Australian Securities and Investment Commission has been notified.

What they said: “Despite emerging competitive pricing pressure, we have effective strategies in place to manage impact to average selling price,” Telix managing director and chief executive Christian Behrenbruch said.

“This includes the recent launch of Gozellix which has been assigned a [Healthcare Common Procedure Coding System] code, a crucial reimbursement milestone towards pass-through status.

“We continue to show positive momentum across multiple assets in our therapeutic pipeline, including achievement of a key recruitment milestone in our ProstACT Global Phase 3 trial.”
