Tetratherix appoints Peter Gray as non-executive director

The news: Biotech software firm Tetratherix has announced the appointment of its new independent non-executive director Peter Gray, effective 19 December 2025, following David Bottomley's resignation.

The context: Tetratherix announced the retirement of non-executive director David Bottomley, who has served the company since March 2020, and the appointment of Peter Gray to its board.

Gray is the co-founder and head of strategic growth at Zip Co and has more than 30 years' experience in the financial services industry. He served as a director of the ASX for seven years.

What they said: "Gray's distinguish track record in scaling global operations aligns perfectly with the ambitious growth strategy of Tetratherix," Tetratherix CEO Will Knox said.

"Peter's strategic foresight and commercial acumen will be instrumental in providing independent advice to the board and management team."
