Ventia Group signs $270m contract extension with Defence
The news: Infrastructure group Ventia has extended its defence base services contract with the Department of Defence, representing contracted revenue of around $270 million.
The numbers: The seven-month extension will commence on 1 July 2025 and end on 31 January 2026.
The context: The deal will see Ventia continue to provide a range of estate management, living services and base support capability.
Ventia, which signed a new six-year contract with Defence last year for fire-fighting services, has been working with the department since 1999.
