Worley adds ex-Incitec Pivot CEO to board, Sharon Warburton retires

The news: Engineering services group Worley has appointed former Incitec Pivot CEO Jeanne Johns as an independent non-executive director, effective today.
The context: Johns led explosives and fertilisers group Incitec Pivot, which changed its name to Dyno Nobel this year, from 2017 to 2023. She previously spent 30 years with oil and gas giant BP and is a non-executive director of US petroleum refiner HF Sinclair.
Worley also announced that current non-executive director Sharon Warburton has retired from the board, as of 31 August. Warburton joined the board in 2019, and chaired the audit and risk committee from February 2023 to August 2024.
