Dovetail has reversed its efforts to suppress details of a human rights claim against the company and its chief executive officer, Benjamin Humphrey.

Appearing before Federal Court Judge Elizabeth Raper a day after attempting to block the release of an originating application against her client, barrister Bronwyn Byrnes said the company was no longer seeking interim suppression orders.

Dovetail legal counsel Bethany Lo Russo has brought a human rights claim, including allegations of incidents of sexual harassment and sexual discrimination.

Appearing on behalf of Dovetail in court on Tuesday, senior counsel Kylie Nomchong argued that the initial court documents requested by Nine Entertainment contained “scandalous and vague comments” and should not be made public.
