The news: Culture Amp, the employee experience platform, has appointed Andy Brockhoff as vice president and general manager for its Asia Pacific operations, effective September 2024.

The numbers: Brockhoff brings almost 20 years of experience in enterprise sales, leadership and transformation in B2B, SaaS and technology, including more than a decade of experience in North America leading and scaling SaaS and technology companies.

The context: Brockhoff joined Culture Amp in April 2024 in an interim role as vice president of global enterprise and mid-market. In his new role, he will lead the APAC division from Culture Amp's headquarters in Melbourne, Australia.

His focus will be on growing the business in Australia, particularly in providing employee engagement and performance management solutions to enterprise and public sector customers, before expanding further into Asia.

What they said: "I am a firm believer in the importance of an organisation's culture and its tie to success. I love that Culture Amp's solutions tie culture to strategy and execution through data," Brockhoff said.

Culture Amp co-founder and chief executive Didier Elzinga said: "Andy's two decades of experience working in the industry are invaluable and we have already felt his positive impact on the business since he joined earlier this year.

"We look forward to seeing this momentum continue under his leadership of our APAC operations."
