“We will see more change in the next two to three years than we’ve seen from the last decade,” Scroggie said yesterday at the Macquarie Australia Conference, hours after his $9 billion data centre company announced a 30% rise in contracted utilisation thanks to AI demand.
It is not just that there is an oncoming AI-powered tidal wave of growth — it's that Australia is actually in a good position to surf it.
