Culture Amp cuts 70 jobs — 9% of its workforce — in third round of layoffs in 3 years
The Melbourne HR tech company is restructuring under new CEO Caroline Rawlinson.
Employee engagement software business Culture Amp has laid off 70 staff — roughly 9% of its workforce — just seven months after cutting 60 roles in November 2025.
The latest redundancies follow the appointment of Caroline Rawlinson as CEO in January, after co-founder Didier Elzinga stepped down to become executive chair.
“Culture Amp is making organisational changes across a number of teams to align investment with our refreshed strategic priorities,” Rawlinson told Capital Brief.
“The world of work is changing faster than most of us have ever seen, and Culture Amp is making changes to its organisational structure and ways of working to accelerate execution and achievement of our ambitious goals.”
